Genetically? No, the Jewish people are mostly khazar/Italian mutts or mixrahim from surrounding Arab countries. Perhaps you mean homeland of the descendants of the ancient Palestinian Jews (most Jews before the 2nd temple was destroyed already lived in Alexandria or Babylon)? Those would be modern Palestinians who aren't allowed to vote in Israel.
