It is actually, there are multiple tools that can genetically predict IQ based on genomes and at this point there have been thousand of gene mutations discovered associated with greater IQ almost all of which occur at lower frequency in black people. Just recently a study found that Parkinson's diseases was very strongly correlated with a higher genetically predicted IQ and it occurs at a higher frequency in white people and at its lowest frequency in black people.

There are also hundreds and hundreds of studies on black people with Alzheimers, I've read lots of them.

Anon it means the genes for intelligence in one population may not neatly line up with another or be directly attributed to that. Same shit with traits like height, the genes for height in tall individuals form one population differ from those in another. The genes for lactose tolerance started in different and spread in different waves. That sample of "intelligence" SNPs is only relevant for that specific European population it was derived from and can't be used for other groups let alone Asians or Africans, because it is a SAMPLE.
