Nothing, you can go to rural areas and watch cows moo or algo, also there used to be an asylum back in early 20th century, around 50k people died there, basically a place to dump mentally unstable people, homeless people, prostitutes and unwanted children. It close down in the 80s and became a hospital and a museum.
