Embarrassing. I was lucky enough to get Portuguese citizenship, and even if everyone in Portugal hates me I'll always be grateful to Portugal for giving me a ticket out of this hellhole. This Roman guy is an ungrateful prick. He's fortunate enough to be self employed and to have escaped conscription in Russia, but he criticizes Portugal for rightfully not wanting to import rapists and non-Christians into their country.

My ancestors were Jewish but I'm sure there's some who stayed in Iberia. And it's not viewed favorably to be born Jewish and have interest in Christianity. What's written in the New Testament when it comes to Jews following Christ is still perfectly relevant in 2025. So I'll never be viewed as a Portuguese, but I'd also be considered a traitor here.
