Knee.
When I was younger, I used to trip over a lot. My knees were ripped a lot of times, falling on concrete/cement pavement, bleeding all over the place.
One time, a sparrow/pigeon/black thrush, inspected a small puddle of my blood.
One time I injured myself on my right knee that, after healing, it left a permanent scar/grove. Growing up, the skin went downward the leg from the knee.
My parents cared to let me be a free ranging kid with risks & patch up my injuries whenever I got them. No yelling, no berating, no quips afterwards. „Got injured? Where? Stay put, I'll get the bandages.”
For a long time, we had bandages, oxygenated water, and medicinal duct tape just for me.
Left foot.
My dad needed some help, one thing let to another, I rushed and didn't saw a small chair.
The way it happened, its leg impaled my foot and the tripping on it ripped open my flesh. The lucky part, it was like a line injury but without a significant diameter/length but it was somewhat deep.
Mom took the first aid kit stuff, stopped the bleeding, pushed the flesh and skin inward the wound so that the bandage & tape would heal it faster by added pressure.
I now have a scar on my left foot and whenever I look at it, I miss my parents because of their exceptional nobleness in a country that they & their families had to endure hardships (physical, emotional, pecuniary, nutritionally...) because of ruzzians, anglo-americans, and surrounded by brutalized/wicked [communist] society that were enabled by geopolitics & geoeconomics for 45 years + post-communism.
