I don't know how you base whiteness by this, but I like scrambled eggs, the rightmost fried egg and softboiled eggs, but oftentimes they end up hard.

Depends on the day and the meal usually. If I’m having eggs with toast, hash browns, or on a sandwich I’ll probably get a runny sunny side up or poached egg. If I’m having them as the main part of the meal with just some sausage then scrambled or as an omelette. I need to try soft boiled eggs, my parents always did hard boiled eggs that tasted like shit and always hard to get the shell off
