Same BMI, but I'm the complete opposite, I'm thin. BMI isn't accurate and doesn't adjust for muscle mass, bone density and fat distribution. I wouldn't take the score that seriously.

The problème is zat the more you are fat the more is difficile to lose weight. Also it's more easy to lose weight at 20 years old than in 40 years old. So if you cumulate both (age + fat like 20 kg more than ideal weight), it will be very harder.

I'm not, 184cm, 75kg finished my cut down from nearly 81kg in December. I lift and I'm in good shape but I'm slim, this was my first proper cut honestly so I'll maintain until the autumn/winter and bulk/cut again.

I noticed something interesting recently. I'm pretty fat, but my hands are skinny looking. Supposedly, this is a common thing with people who are fat from alcohol, so I guess if I could put down the beer for a few weekends I'd stop being such a disgusting piece of shit.
