Doctors in USA earn so much money it not even funny.
$500k for 6hours 5 days a week no call 6 weeks paid vacation etc.
Rest of the world doctors earn like USA toilet cleaners.

1. Took you 15 years of training to reach a job that pays that much, so lost earning potential
2. You have student loans to pay stretching in the hundreds of thousands
3. The village you'll be living in has nothing to do, everybody hates you for being a city slicker, and weekend parties are spent shopping at the local shartmart
