Tbqhwy they were kinda just the same as the white people. Had the same views politically and socially. I didn’t really understand race until I was in high school cause at my Christian school, all the whites, mexicans, blacks, filipinos, and koreans were living pretty much the same lives. But I have a different perspective cause I was raised Christian. The public schools were much more segregated.
