Lived in Seattle for 4 years in the University District. The bum population slowly grew and rent slowly increased to a point where it wasn't worth it anymore. Moved to Tacoma after that. Covid hit and rent got frozen so I paid $350/mo for 3 years. When it unfroze rent blew up even in my shithole neighborhood, so I got priced out and had to leave.
