They usually keep to small groups here. One of our electrics at work, Reilly (I'm sure he introduced himself as Raul or Rahuli), flat out told me that his family knows to keep groups to less than fifty people, or they turn into locusts. If they get too many lots in a trailer park (like the one near the 427 and 407 in Etobicoke/Brampton), they'll move or sell a few in the middle. If they start taking over a floor in an apartment building, they'll move next door or down the road. They dip out of assisted housing as soon as possible or they wind up getting in fights with the Somalis and nondescript Browns.
