They are lazy flyers so there probably is a heavily infested tree nearby you, they only fly when theres no food and need more trees. You can pick them up and throw them in a jar with alcohol. Find the tree, find the galleries at the roots and kill the grubs manually using iron wire. Then close the holes with whatever you use to fix holes in trees iyc.
You should use nematods and pesticides on your vulnerable trees.
