you know how rape is considered bad in islam, christianity and judaism? it is not considered bad in hinduism. It is often considered a sacred blessing to be raped especially if a low caste person is raped by a higher caste. How hard is it to post guards at the main entrance of each floor and register every visitor? Have orderlies/nurse supervisor sit at a desk at every ward entrance. They're there anyways as part of their job.
