Dispensationalism. It's a theology were the bible is divided into different periods of time. They believe the christian church and Israel are two different things and that Gods, our eternal lord and creator, covenant with the jews still applies. There are some other christians who are seccessionists o algo and that the church is Israel. The reason dispensationalism is so popular is because during the early 20th century, there were a bunch of progressive weirdo churches so all the conservative guys went to the only alternative, the dispensationalist churches.
