what infuriates people is context and time dependent. very few people criticize camel piss, monkey meat markets in africa, or bat consumption in china, until they see on them top of the twitter timeline or some prominent westerners mention them. look at russia, glorified as a superpower and considered a white bastion until the war, then suddenly westerners had the motivation to approach them critically. if tomorrow china raided taiwan, the same 00's and early 10's china hate will come back and stronger. suddenly chinese real estate investments will come to light, chinese pooping in the streets, their tourists, chinese 'jews' in SEA/SA/Africa, etc
