I use the little plastic floss picks that are probably terrible for the environment but they make flossing really fast and easy. It takes less time than brushing my teeth and now I feel more annoyed by brushing than by flossing

flossing is overrated IF you brush your teeth properly.
You need to do the correct motions, on bottom teeth go from bottom of tooth to top and vice versa on top.
The key is to get the gunk stuck between the teeth. That's usually what creates problems

If you have dental issues most of it is just genetics unfortunately. And whites are more prone to this because Europeans were never meant to eat and drink things that came from faraway continents. We weren't meant to eat white sugar which causes tooth decay. And by the way ancient skulls from Europe almost always have all their teeth intact
