Happens in my cunt too. You go through four or five interviews. And at the end you get told that one of the interviewers didnt like you on a personal level and because of that you are not hired. "It is very important for us to have a good atmosphere in our offices and for everybody to like everybody." I wouldnt even go trough these kinds of humiliation rituals if they didnt pay so well.

I don't know about Brazil but here these days even entry level low skill jobs require you to go many hoops before you get to actually meet your potential future boss. I honestly pity zoomers. Back in 2010 when I got my first job, I unironically landed a warehouse job with the handshake meme.

Also to answer your question on how to avoid corporate shit: start your own company and sell your skills.

Some big companies actually require you to get courses and certifications or previous experience to apply to entry level jobs like warehouse stuff

I'm in construction and I kinda did that but I have no idea how to get traction and get more clients.
Lucikly enough I have my sister as an angel investor and we've built 3 houses of our own and sold 2 of them which gave us both like 96k/yr each worth of salary which isnt bad but isnt consistent
Still really hard to sell and get big pays.
This position I did the interview would pay me R$ 72k (13k USD) yearly but would be comfy work from home job
