Both of my houses are paid off.
So I survive on $5000 a month from investments

After tax, health insurance, retirement ($25k/yr), and whatever else is pulled out of my paycheck I make about $6000 per month.
After rent, utilities, food, and new car payment I have about $3500-4000 per month left to spend on whatever.
