I have shit appetite and am too lazy to eat half of the time. I lift weights non-stop, do pull-ups, squats, pushups etc and gain almost nothing.
Also all of my non-virgin friends were skinny in hs and still got laid.

I think I started with that mentality but stuck to it for so long that I don't care about it anymore and eventually caught the devoting a lot of hours to strength and endurance sports bug
