Russia is arresting both Azeri and Armenian diaspora in Russia in response to pic related. Azeris got tipped off from either Israel or USA that there was a spy network or Russians in Azerbaijan so they arrested a bunch of them and found a shit ton of evidence. It was actually a media company called sputnik but they were spies all along. Sputnik operates even in European countries so this shit might get serious
