Corn syrup is a legal mandate to prop up the American agriculture industry that is supported by processed food manufacturers who are legally allowed to obfuscate their ingredients, and it's part of why we as a nation are oberweigjt and unhealthy.

wat? I could've sworn oil was dominant here, and people keep talking about it
but then looking again, the map doesn't say it's about frying, and rather just consumption, so it makes sense, but the map itself makes less sense, because what kind of comparison is that when not talking about utilitarian uses such as frying food?
Anonymous Japan No.212367566 [Report]
>>212365081 (OP)
In Japan, butter is more predominant.
It is especially favored with shoyu and miso.
Olive oil is mostly used only for making pasta and other Italian dishes.

In theory olive oil but it's actually so fucking expensive to such a bullshit degree that may as well be butter. God, I hate my country my only solace is that I'm an unemployed bum that used public institutions and services for decades and I'm costing them a lot of money. Hope they go bankrupt. Useless good for nothing we have shit living standarts because there's no money or something yet there's always cash to do a hundred billion retarded gay ass laws and regulations.
