Is it possible for foreign women to travel in India without getting sexually assaulted or harassed for pictures?

All racism and hate aside. I am Indian myself. I'm asking for real. I want to bring my American girl friends to visit Kerala. How can I go about doing this without any incident or embarrassment? I'm thinking of booking a driver and a car so they can be escorted at all times, but it's still impossible to avoid contact with local people, and majority of Indians will undoubtedly act creepy or weird around them.

Same i am from france and been to India several times myself. I think it is arguably safer and wealthier than western country. Once i forgot my wallet with 10 lakh instead and Indian man brought it back to me without taking anything. This would have never happened.
