Yeah, but only specific genres. Most of the darker and heavier stuff annoys me, but I absolutely adore progressive and melodic stuff. Power metal too, though not as much.

yes
metal is not that big compared to reggeaton or trap, but still pretty big considering it's an underground genre in comparison, there's so many concerts i can't even go to everything I want to see, 2 decades ago wasn't the case at all this year is insane the amount of metal bands playing here

the only band I can think of that I like and at some point had that label is Nokturnal Mortum (at least on "NeChrist", a great album imo), I listen to many band considered "sketch" or nazi by reddit standards but not really nsbm (GBK, Burzum, Clandestine Blaze, even Dso is nazi to them, etc)

I used to listen to a lot of metal. I don't anymore, but Dissection is one of the few metal bands that I still listen to every now and then.
