In Japan, the right wing hates Korea and the left wing and liberals do not hate Korea.
Japanese right wing ideology is the opposite of Korean right wing ideology.
From what I have heard, the right wing in Korea does not hate Japan and the left wing in Korea hates Japan.
Maybe the reason why the Korean right wing does not hate Japan is because Japan, Korea, and incidentally the US are allies.
I have heard that the left wing in Korea has a North Korean leaning ideology.
