You have to bear in mind that the tourist mentality is one that convinces the tourist that he or she is untouchable in a physical, mental, or spiritual sense by the surroundings they find themselves in abroad because they believe that their vacation is like a sort of museum exhibit that they can also partake in without any harm coming to them due to their sheer belief that everything they see, touch, hear, or smell was made just for them to experience but without the setbacks.
