this. Earth is the ONLY planet in the ENTIRE universe that has life on it, there is nowhere else that has any life whatsoever

If there's no aliens then how do you explain the apple watch?

If the universe is infinite then no matter how small the thermodynamic probability of the emergence of life is, it will still occur infinitely often. Though such instances might be so astronomically far apart that we may never know. Alternatively, the universe could be finite and we might be the only lifeform in this cosmic bubble.

I saw a star-like ufo moving flying over my house nu-un-non-ironically

I can't do nothing with this information. But since then I've never stopped taking chances at looking up the sky and trying to see anything stranger again. Real spooky.

Unironicaly very probable.

statistical probability. the variety and composition of elements embedded in our crust is inexplicable when we know a lot of planets aren’t comprised like that.

>If the universe is infinite
I like to think that the universe expands and contracts infinitely, so everything we once experienced would be experienced again.

I saw UFOs twice.

Both were green dots in the sky moving in erratic directions. Sometimes stopping for several seconds and then moving again

The universe is so vast that extra-terrestrial life probably exists in some form. Although other intelligent life like us is a much bigger unknown, given the huge number of seemingly improbable factors that has lead to us being where we are now. Maybe intelligent life is relatively common, but transitioning into a space-faring species is extremely difficult and all those other species have destroyed themselves before they reach that point and make their way over to us.

Having said all that, any alien sightings on Earth are almost certainly complete bullshit. No different to those women that unironically believe in witchcraft.
Anonymous Italy No.212497975
Any discussion about the certainty or impossibility of alien life based on probability makes no sense. In the end, any kind of probability, whether it is classical, frequentist or Bayesian, comes down to the ratio of favorable cases to possible cases. Both are impossible to quantify in this scenario
