chicken is good and you can eat it everyday. pork is nice but there are limited ways to cook it, beef is the best but too expensive to eat more than 1-2 times a week. lamb tastes funny.

cheap fish is not as good as chicken or pork, tilapia is trash and I refuse to eat it. Salmon is best but costs more than beef.

also to be fair most of those countries aren't land locked, uganda which borders lake victoria, zambia which borders lake tanganyika (second lake in the world by freshwater volume), and the DRC (tiny shore but largely landlocked) which has the congo river and a bunch of lakes like lake tanganyika
