BMW was not at fault, it's a public session and the car making the pass has full responsibility according to German law. The 2 series was entering schwedenkreuz with the correct line, there was never any real gap, just a dive bomb opportunity, and he never signaled the GT3 guy to go through.

i hope they survived. i doubt their insurance will pay for this, so its an expensive life-lesson.
