In the tech field I've had a heavily autistic coworker who could barely form coherent sentences but he was still the senior lead. Most employers care more about competency and your practical work than how good you are at taking interviews.
The only hard part is getting past the initial screening from HR retards. But if you have a track record of good work you will more than likely be hired, any company that hires based on social competency isn't going to last very long. Unless your job is to talk to people.
