Has /int/ gotten worse after the hack or did I just outgrow it? Every time I come back to see what my once favorite board was up to, it’s just a sea of Racebait, coombait, twitter screenshots, and polbait. There are ZERO bants, no actual learning of other cultures, no fun threads. Just constant anger, frustration, and genuine contempt for other posters. I swear to Christ it wasn’t this bad 2 years ago.

To be fair that describes a lot of the other boards too

yeah the board changed janny some time between 6 to 9 months ago. the old janny was extremely strict and gave out 3 days like candies to any slightly offtopic thread. Given how the majority of slide threads are very similar to those on /pol/, i suspect the admin board of 4chan got a memo on how ((((they)))) were going to slide /int/ so the admins had to comply and swapped to a more decorative janny

I’ve hardly been on 4chan for about a year so I can’t attest to what you say, but I know for sure that it was this bad 1.5 years ago. It’s not a new issue
