i traveled eastern Europe and even in bumpfuck rural Moldavia you see Indians and NigNogs on that bikes. And YES they are literally masked, here in Germany not so much but in eastern Europe they literally wear face masks / Baclavas and even long sleeves so you cant see their skin or race
