I always buy fresh pasta. Is dry pasta healthier or something?

Yeah De Cecco is like 7 or 8 out of 10, but I will buy it because it has a decent protein content.
The Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose 'Finest' range taste better but they are a measly 6g protein, I suspect they are using a low quality wheat but a high quality process which makes no sense to me but whatever

No, not at all.
Dry pasta is cheaper and more convenient, and some dishes are better with dry, but fresh is very good too, and obviously home made fresh pasta is literally two ingredients so no shite
