the moon's rotation axis is close to earth's and is tidally locked. the face of the moon you see depends on the phase in the moon's rotation you're looking at.
as for the poles the north is always north, the south is always south. it just depends on the rotation of your camera. rotate your camera and the picture is rotated. same as if you take a picture of a cat and rotate your camera 180 degrees and take another.

whether the moon is in the north or south depends on the moon phase. it never 'turns around' for one hemisphere but not for the other its always the same for both
