Moldova at the very least has the internal zigger vs nafo strife. FYROMistan is literally just a bunch of Bulgarians larping while Sqiptar Sqiptarovic steals their wallet and pushes drugs.

Macedonia is super relevant, they gave birth to Alexander the Great who spread the European civilization across Asia all the way to India. I am proud of sharing my Slavic roots with such a figure.

especially that they got literally nothing from it, they're still not in the EU and it doesn't look like they're any closer to that than they were before their cuckmove

being a tax haven is relative, you know, it's not just about nominal tax rates but whether you can use your tax system to "steal" business and taxpayers from another country, afaik hardly anyone moves to Bulgaria exactly for tax reasons.

They're pretty relevant for Slavs because the creators of the Slavic alphabet, Cyril and Methodius, were Macedonians, and the centre of Slavic literature was in Macedonia for some time.

Also they have all the advantages of Serbs without their flaws, super cool people.

their texts sound way too "native" for foreigners who only learnt the language, especially that if they were Greeks, they would surely not bother with making up Slavic-based neologisms for all these newly introduced religious terms (it would be too hard for Slavic-as-a-second-language speakers), but use Greek words instead (same like Latin-speaking missionaries did).

back then it might have been true but funnily enough, nowadays it's the other way round, Catholic Slavs use modern Slavic languages in their liturgy, while Orthodox Slavs stick to the 9th century Church Slavonic which is hardly understandable to them
