I feel like North Koreas economy will surpass in SK in less than a decade if they are somehow able to get rid of US Sanctions

I wouldn't think USSR or China would be trilled with NK having nukes. Just like you wouldnt be thrilled with other countries in your hemisphere like lets day Panama or Costa Rica having nukes, even if they were aligned with you.
