Yeah, or Lem! The Witcher is known primarily from video games. But Lem is a great example of the international literature. Still, she makes TikToks about Miłosz or Szymborska so she's does read, and not just a grift by praising Dostojewski (even though I like him).
Most Polish literature is rooted in our region, Russian literature is more international, so the Anglosphere usually doesn't care about Poland and pretends to like Russian literature because everyone does that.
So I became curious about what it looks like in other countries.
