No, Mexicans are completely different because they actually have their own culture. Quebec is completely Americanized, trust me I've experienced dealing with both of them.

Québécois are the only francophones we can really relate to, we're close to belgians or swiss but it's just not the same. Québecois are very much like us, yes they complain a lot and are grumpy, but so are we.
