we all know American houses are just wood beams and plywood, but why not invest in building a tornado-proof one that wouldn't turn to rubble in a tornado-prone area? surely it'd be better to 'just' have to replace windows and roof tiles and maybe some furniture afterwards, instead of the entire fucking building
