I've always been a quiet person. I don't like how everyone talk loud here in the U.S., how people play their music on blast, how people yell at each other in public spaces with their friends. And that's just the normal way to socialize.
What are some quiet cultures? The only one I know is Japan.

No. I was in the library on Sunday and heard a group of white women talking and laughing from across the room. Groups of white guys are even louder. So much yelling and joking and laughing. And I live in a pretty white area.

I would say France. The times I've been there people speak at a whisper's volume, but then you also have to talk to French people, so pros and cons
