If you don’t want to live rural off-grid and closer to nature, then you are a cuck who has been indoctrinated by urbanization propaganda.

Wanting to live full-time in the woods is a strange aberration of modernity. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but it was always common sense to realize that man is by nature a polis animal, regularly venturing out to recharge himself in the hunt before returning back to civilization. Furthermore, if everyone did as you said, there would be no more pristine nature at all.

I grew up in the countryside with my grandparents. Toilet was outside.
Have you ever tried taking a shit when it's -20c and so windy the entire shit shack is shaking?
Never again.
You can keep your rural off-grid dream. I am happy here in my 2020 apartment with AC and gigabit internet.

Unless you were born into it and thus have some legitimate nostalgia its not really som3thing to do outside of a short stint. My mom goes back home to live with her family out in the boonies with at least one of us going with her. My boss from WV takes long vacations where he basically seals his work phone in cement before going back home to his really rural I guess cottage of sorts built in a more idealized form of his childhood poverty shack.

It's (sub)urbanites wanting to LARP as le real frontiersman. People who actually live in rural areas would rather be connected to utilities.

Rural and urban are on a spectrum much like autism and faggotry. I use to think I lived in an extremely urban area because I am from Salt Lake City UT. Then I realized how actually comparatively small and undeveloped the metropolitan area is and how incredibly far everything is relative to everyone else, and how in comparison to most coastoids or even midwestern/southerns, living in the intermountain west is already like living in exile. I used to think I was lucky because it only took us 6 hours to drive to Las Vegas. I don’t mind it though and as long as the supply chains from Babylon are unbroken then I am staying. I think this is real test of rurality really. If you live in your own estate but live near a coast you are basically urban to me.

It depends but most people who live rurally are good as long as you can supply them with basic necessities like burgers and WiFi.
I don’t believe any of the people who move rurally are under any impression it makes them frontiersman unless they are going to live in those parts of central Alaska you have to fly in to access.

I don't care about nature, I just want to get away from other people.
When cityfags actually encounter nature for more than a week of hiking they will finally realize how inconvenient it can be.
The good part is the lack of people.

Another strange aberration of modernity is the psychopathic insistence on killing 1.5 billion unborn children.
Another one is the psychopathic insistence on resurrecting caste systems.
Another one is the psychopathic insistence on self-flagellating about being poor and helpless as adults and refusing to work and DEMANDING that rich people be robbed for you - by the government that would normally stop that.
The least strange aberration of modernity is wanting to live in the woods.
The answer IS a cabin in the woods.
