The reason mods remove and ban off-topic here constantly and wont open another blue off-topic board is because all the jannitors and mods are discord users.
Anyone who says "no" to the idea of an off-topic blue board doesn't understand why people want one, because in their head, if they want to 'shitpost', they go do it in their discord general chat. if they have a funny idea, that's where they post it, to their sisters on discord.
meanwhile us shitposting chads just wanna post it on a board for anyone to see, without namefagging.
a good 90% of the site, especially including jannies, don't get this.

honestly even if they didn't remove 'off-topic' (decided that second by the guy curating your post) /int/ would still be full of 'general' threads (I.E /brit/) that get bumped so often you slide all the thread beneath them.

I think it's extremely telling when they say they dont see the purpose of an off-topic board, because it means that they go somewhere else to make those posts i.e twitter, discord, etc
then they get all pissed off when you tell them that, like they cant fathom someone NOT having a twitter or discord account. discord trannies are truly detestable and infect any site they're on.
