i just picked up a random piano off ebay and learning music theory. i'm very surprised by the things i'm learning. i have barely made any progress at actually playing though, first thing i tried to do was transcribe a little piece i heard but it's really hard to find the right chords it seems.

Yersteday I was compelled to simp for her against an argertinian psycho who wanted to make snuff films out of her. I only realized after thread was sent to bant and it was not even real life simping just getting riled up from the malice in shitposts on a forum. How did she manage it? I feel so embarassed at myself right now.

Anyways no, I dont play instruments. I tried when I was a kid but I was demotivated since I realized that most music is teamwork and syncronization with others, I just cant do it even though I appreciate the result as an observer. I picked up painting instead which is a completely solo endeavor and Im much better at it.

You should try it instead of seething that you can't develop more skill, I've always spent time playing a RH guitar upside down, you get to access some fun chord voicings that you might not have otherwise, and it's also just a nice little trick to develop when you get bored

Yes I play bass guitar in a jazz band, also a bit of guitar, keyboard, percussion, various other things. I've always had a knack for instruments and like collecting and playing them.

I haven't advanced far enough in my guitar practice to actually play anything. I just practice scales and my finger positioning. Half the time I just goof around trying to make cool sounds on my Mooer GE200.

I just plan on playing harsh sounding industrial music so I really dont think I need to know how to actually play a guitar.
