Asian is 5.9 of the US population, and that is not just Indians. Latinos are 19.1. Indian Americans are an irrelevancy that will quietly disappear into other ethnic groups over time.
If Indian migration increases, and distribution considerably concentrates for some reason, it could theoretically flip a state or two, like Washington or Massachusetts. I guess the scenario would be ethnic tension with Latinos and Africans, but not Europeans, as well as some sort of pressure from Indo-Saxon cities in Canada, pushing them northwards.
