Saar, Indians were literally sent to places like Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Fiji, South Africa, Trinidad to build railroad and infrastructure as "coolies" (basically a slave but since Britain on paper was kanging about abolishing slavery they coped around it legally).
