I organized the flags you prepared into folders.
Downloaded every flag I could from wikipedia and crwflags. (Located in "other" folder)
Tuamotu-Gambier and Windward Islands don't have flags, so we need map shape flags for them.
If there are more than one flag on crwflags, I noted the links into a text file.

Hope I didn't fuck anything up, lemme know if you need anything else.

I think the script probably isn't malicious, obviously quite a few people use it, and I use it myself. I was just saying that in general I don't think you should trust something just because it's open source. E.g. let's say you come across a repo on GitHub and it has zero stars. the extraflags script has changed little since it was made by PK in 2014 and plenty of codefags have since looked into its 500 lines of code. it can't be compared with a linux library with tens of thousands? lines of code that runs with an operative system, not on a browser. also it literally only works with graphics and the database
