Hello int, I'm here with a new portion of Yakutsk adventures.
Yesterday I went with my parents to a village on the river Lena, around 150kms down south.

Traditional yakut building called Khoton, usually used as a cow pen. Made 100% out of green and renewable material and holds heat very well, allowing the cows to live there comfortably even in -50 weather. In summer they're usually empty because it's hot inside and the smell of the building material can become noticeable

Uh, just like everywhere? Regular people. Plus, these are not remote villages. I've been in a remote village once, when I was 15. Lost somewhere in southern yakutia, no settlements in hundreds of kms. People there were quite friendly

Going down the cliff to the river

I went down to the river and decided to explore the waterfall. The waterfall had already dried out by this time of the year, but the creek bottom still was pretty explorable. It was between two hills

Soon after the bird, the mosquito cloud around me got too big and thick and the way forward was blocked by bushes with thorns and I just could not proceed, so I returned to the riverbank

Cows having a beach party

I still wanted to find the source of the creek so I decided to walk around it and climb the hill. Love little bridges like this one.

Lots of thyme was growing in the sides of the hill

I love old cars. Here's a moskvich.
It's a bit hard having a lada in Yakutsk because the parts are expensive so it costs a lot to repair them. Most popular cars here are used Japanese cars. We have lots of kei trucks still with logos of Japanese businesses that used them before they were sold off to Russia

I arrived to the source of the creek. It is a little pond, with water dropping from a wooden pipe sticking out of the ground
During spring it overflows and forms a waterfall, right now it's just a puddle

I went to the other side and saw a continuation of the creek and decided to go explore it as well. As opposed to the part with the waterfall, this one was more flat

Stepped in a huge soft turf. I don't know who it belonged to, but definitely not a cow. Could be a moose, or what if it was a bear? Judging by the softness it was pretty fresh too
At that point I decided that my behavior is dangerously close to that of a dead RPG game quest NPC:
A kind of quest where you come to a village and someone says

And then you go up the creek and find a corpse and a bear near it, you fight the bear and return to the villagers who b like

So I decided to go back because I didn't want my parents to give my shit to some violent hyperactive cunt after something happens to me

Lena river has many huge islands with nothing on them. Sometimes they're used as cow pastures in the summer, camping and fishing based, in August people go there to gather the hay for the animals. But they're still mostly empty

This summer was unusually cold, the weather got warm just two days ago but I think the river was pretty cold. Even in August, on warm summers, Lena is still kinda cold because it's very deep. Although I swam in it 3 years ago, was pretty nice

I did climb it when I was looking for the source of the creek though, yeah it was steep and I had to go in a zigzag because of it

The nights in Yakutia are bright during summer. In June sun almost doesn't set at all

After that I went to sleep again and saw dreams about uniqlo, minecraft, sex, elevators and railroads.
Woke up around 8 am from the sounds of the cow. A little nigga was having breakfast

The drinking sound is pretty loud

Let the dog out and he began to run away down the hill. Had to run and catch him and carry him back because he wouldn't be able to climb back on his own

My granny's 25k town has an amusement park and she's very proud of it. Everytime I visit she asks me to go to the park and check out the new flower pots/benches etc they installed there
The park itself has seen better days in terms of fun so now they're slowly transforming it from an amusement park to a walking/recreation park
