So there there are no legal grounds to mandate paternity tests without the husband filing a lawsuit challenging the chastity of his wife. But if they ate unmarried, there is no legal hindrance to doing so.

So why don't husbands just file a lawsuit. A relationship has to be pretty dire for paternity tests to even be on the table.

When me and my sambo split up in 2018 (we had been together six years) we just sold our apartment and split the money 50/50 and moved apart. No drama, no court or bullshit.
Same with our kid, we got 50/50 custody. Two weeks with her, two weeks with me.
