We have Chinese dedicated channels in Canada. There's this white chick I knew who watched Chinese garbage on it all the time. If you know Chinese movies pre-2010, you'd know what I'm talking about. Extremely garbage movies with terrible CGI, sameshit drama (same can be said about Korean drama), and dramas with the same actors if it's Hong Kong.

Netflix does have some Chinese movies. I remember watching a series of Chinese detective movies with her on Netflix, and then I had to help her torrent sequels because they weren't on Netflix.

Women have weird tastes sometimes. For the same reasons they like K-drama, some might have it in favour if Chinese drama.
