How do people get around? Those streets look too thin for buses to drive through with ease. Motorbikes only?
Ik same can be said about favelas in my cunt but there's always some bus route that goes through, I went around through street view in the few avenues where it's avaiable and barely saw any bus.
Where are the buses??

The more a people has gone through cycles of civilization the stupider it becomes. This is explained by Spengler in his chapter about the sterility of civilized man, basically civilization has a dysgenic effect, where high IQ people become urbanites with low fertility rate while the dumbasses in the outskirts outbreed them and eventually civilization collapses. The city in this sense acts as a magnet for the high IQ people of the outskirts, deepening the dysgenic effect, only high IQ people and families who are aware of this and or have a religious or ideological imperative can survive the sterilizing effect of the "world city". This takes generations to revert naturally. If you add islam and inbreeding to that mix you have your answer.
