I hate to blackpill you even more, but it's much, much worse than that.
Consider why Indians are moving. They want money, they want jobs, they want better living conditions than the crowded slum hellscape of Indian cities.
They're not going to send 2 million Indians to every country on earth because there are tons of third world shitholes that even Indians don't want to move to. Ideally Indians want to go to North America and Europe.

Here are some numbers for you to consider:

It's never going to happen for India barring a political revolution on a scale never before seen in human history. From what I understand from talking to Indian students when I was in college, the Indian government actively sabotages any attempt to raise the standard of living in India. India's entire economy is based on their ability to supply workers to foreign corporations who are willing to work for pennies. If the standard of living improves and the average Indian citizen starts asking for higher wages, corporations will pull out and go elsewhere in SEA and India's economy will cease to function.
